Faust Brothers Building The Faust Brothers Building was constructed by Benjamin F. Bennett in 1875. Listed in the Maryland Historical Register, the building’s striking beauty features a classic cast-iron facade highlighted by its Corinthian capitals, arches, spandrels, quoins, and rope moldings. Accent purchased the structure in 2006, displacing a wholesale retailer and converted the neglected facility into yet another example of the revitalizing Westside. Currently leasing, the Faust Brothers Building includes three separate levels of retail with street access, and four floors of office space.
