Accent Development Company (ADC) is committed to the development and rehabilitation of historic properties that stimulate economic development and protect a community’s unique legacy. Our primary business is developing rehabilitation projects that qualify for a variety of tax credits. ADC focuses on projects which utilize the following types of tax credits:
